THREE DAYS GRACE

THREE DAYS GRACE

The Ritual bracelet was designed on the concept of a 40 day practice.

Why was 40 days chosen?

There is a universal power to 40 days. It is reflected in many sacred texts, scriptures and biblical stories.

Many ancient and Eastern teachings and practices are based on 40 days.  …including Sadhana.

“The number 40 biblical meaning represents a period of intense testing, purification, preparation, and transformation.”    gospelthemes.com

40 days is a moderate amount of time to try out something new to see if it's going to take hold. Consistency within the brain for 40 consecutive days allows new neural connections to form, activate, and communicate. Think of it as putting up new power lines through a rural area. It takes a lot of work to get service. The same goes for restructuring the brain to learn new games, skills, jobs, patterns, etc. Repetition is key.

If words like “transformation” and “purification” over 40 days seems a bit excessive - NO WORRIES.  That is why we created the Ritual bracelet for you to customize to your needs.  We encourage you to use your three days GRACE.

What does Three Days Grace mean?

The Three days of Grace are your built in compassion piece in how you do your ritual or practice. The compassion piece is built into how we do Sadhana. Give yourself 3 days out of the 40 to give yourself Grace. As they say, “Life Happens”.  These three days are for when “Life  Happens” and you can’t give your ritual the attention it deserves. You may pause for a day because of an unexpected change in events. GIve yourself the Grace you deserve to pause and regain momentum. Trust us. If you’re doing a 40 day Ritual for yourself, these three days will also show you about the importance of where you place your kindness.
