LEARN THE RITUAL BRACELET

HOW TO WORK WITH YOUR RITUAL BRACELET

WHAT IS A RITUAL?

A ritual is an intentional act repeated over time, shaping not just our days, but the contours of our minds and hearts. Whether we see it through the lens of ancient Christian Lent and deep prayer practices, or mindfulness practices, or even the science of how new neuropathways are created, 40 days is a vessel, one that carries us from intention to transformation in the very world we inhabit.

QUICK START

• Choose what you will pratice, big or small for 40 days.
• Complete your practice the first day.
• Move the charm over one bead each day.
• Always start counting from the white bead.
• On your first orbit , when you get to the Rosewood bead, take your Quantum Leap by moving the charm over the clasp and beginning your next orbit around the bracelet at the white Howlite bead again. (Depending on your bracelet size, this will be day 9 or 10)

Use the diagrams or QUICK START VIDEOS below for more details on how to move your charm and count around the bracelet.

Your steady practice shapes your lived experience. Small daily alignment creates real change.

Moving the Charm

Each day you complete your practice:

Gently detach the charm. Moving away from the white Howlite Bead, jump over the first bead.  Reattach the charm.

The diagram shows EXACTLY how the days progress around the bracelet.

Always begin counting from the white bead. It is your Zero Point. Before your first day of your practice is completed.

If you remove your charm temporarily (shower, workout, etc..) and forget where to place it back on the bracelet, just remember the day you are on and count from the white bead to find your place.

*We encourage you to remember what day out of 40 you are on.  This helps you stay connected to your intention, and helps keep you oriented on where you are on the bracelet.

The First Orbit & The Quantum Leap

As you move around the bracelet, you will reach the rosewood bead. The next day is your Quantum Leap.

On this day, move the charm over the clasp and back to just past the white bead. The Quantum Leap counts as one day. You have completed your first orbit. NICE!

Pause here. You’ve made it roughly 9–10 days. Notice what’s happening. Notice how you feel. This is your first “Pause for the Cause” moment.

Check in with your intention and why you created this ritual. Strengthen it if it feels right. Then begin your next orbit.

Three Days Grace

Within your 40-day practice, we encourage allowing yourself Three Days Grace.

Allow yourself up to three days to miss your practice without restarting your count. Life happens. The commitment remains.
